P5/6 have been working hard to improve their mental maths knowledge and working on quick recall of basic facts of addition, subtraction and times tables. We have played card games such as paddle, click and split to help with this. Why not have a go at home! We have also used our maths knowledge to solve the maths mysteries!

We had a fantastic visit from Louisa from the Dramabox. We enjoyed being creative and expressing ourselves through Drama activities including creating shapes and acting out “Excuse me, is this your beetle?” We showed great improvisation,cooperative and creativity skills through these activities. Well done P5/6!

P5/6 were hard at work this month and harvested our school potatoes. I hope you enjoyed them at home!

Now we have all the permissions back we are looking forward to sharing all our of news and achievements this term! We will start with our amazing creativity in Science and Technology. We have designed our own burglar alarm using our knowledge of electrical circuits.
