Good Morning! I hope you are all well and were all able to enjoy some of the lovely sunshine over the weekend. Attached is this week’s suggested timetable ~feel free to change days or times suggested. Further activity instructions and resources will be found in the P5/6 Google Classroom. Many of the activities can be completed independently by your child. Fit in what you can and please do not hesitate to get in touch by email with any queries.

Happy Easter & Welcome Back!

Welcome back! I hope you all had a lovely Easter weekend and a restful holiday. Attached is a suggested activities timetable for the week. Again, please do not worry about completing all of the activities or keeping to the days or times suggested. You may only get 1 or 2 activities each day completed this week. P5/6 Suggested activities timetable

Attached is a suggested activities timetable for the week. Bearing in mind that this is our last week of term and that we are in very unusual circumstances, please do not worry about completing all of the activities or keeping to the days or times suggested. You may only get 1 or 2 activities each day completed this week. Further activity instructions and resources will be found in the P5/6 Google Classroom. Online daily tutorials/videos

These are online tutorials/videos posting each day Monday – Friday through Youtube or Facebook that you make like to watch/join in with. Suitable for all ages.

P5/6 Home Learning

Please check your email for a short summary of activities and usernames etc for your child to check at home. A timetable of suggested activities will be posted on Monday morning for next week. Tomorrow, enjoy some free writing in your jotter and an idea from non screen activities (both on Google Classroom), have a look in your maths pack and try a card game (videos on how to play these are in Family Learning ~ Maths & Numearcy). Lots more ideas in the Family Learning page on For Parents section of school website.

British Science Week

P5/6 have been busy learning and researching about animal adaptations for British Science Week. Pupils have completed their own annotated diagrams to show how Scottish animals have adapted to their own environment and used the online version of Encyclopedia Britannica to help with their research. The annotated diagrams will go home next week to share with you!

Pupils are also working on editing their group dance videos and will be sharing these via Google Classroom over the next few weeks.
